About WAVA

WAVA is a UK technology company with two business lines: a software product for UK landlords (the WAVA app), and engineering services for businesses that need a partner they can trust.

Two companies. One team.

WAVA Tech & Ventures Ltd, registered in England and Wales, is the brand owner — the customer-facing UK entity. Wava Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti., based in Türkiye, is the engineering arm — the team that ships the code.

How it works

UK governance, Türkiye execution. Contracts, IP, and customer relationships sit with the UK Ltd. Engineering work is delivered by the Türkiye Ltd, under contracts with the UK entity. The result: UK businesses get the procurement and accountability they expect, with a senior engineering team operating in a time-zone-aligned country at competitive rates.
